• arrange your stay and related agreements;
• arrange practical matters, such as airport pick-up and drop-off;
• keep our administration up to date.

Sharing information

We only share your information when this is necessary to properly arrange your stay, internship or volunteer work.

For an airport pick-up or drop-off, we may share your name, flight details, telephone number and, if necessary, a photo with the driver.

For internships and volunteer work, we share the necessary information, such as a CV and motivation letter, with the relevant project, hospital, school or organisation, so they know who is coming.

Photos and social media

During your stay, photos may be taken that we may use on our website or social media.

If you would prefer not to appear recognisably in photos, please let us know. We will be happy to take this into account.

Storing your information

We keep your information for as long as necessary for our communication with you, your stay or our administration.
