You are very welcome at Franco Inn Guesthouse, located in the fishing village of Tanji. Our guesthouse is right in the heart of the village, where everyday life in Gambia takes place all around you.
At Franco Inn, you stay among the local community and can experience everyday life in Tanji at your own pace. From the guesthouse, you can explore the surrounding area, visit the fishermen and the market, and simply enjoy your stay.
We have a variety of rooms and houses, suitable for individual guests, couples, families and groups. Each accommodation has its own character and layout.

Our Accommodations
MICA HUIS
The Mica House has a living room, a bathroom and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located next to the living room, while the third bedroom is located next to the covered, open area. Each bedroom has a double bed, making the house suitable for up to six people.
The Mica House is equipped with fans and mosquito nets.
Costs:
2 or 3 people: €21.50 per person per night, including breakfast.
From 4 people: €17.50 per person per night, including breakfast.
1 person: €45 per night, including breakfast.
ROUND HUT
We have two Round Huts. The Round Hut has a private bathroom and is furnished with two single beds. The Round Hut does not have its own veranda and is suitable for a maximum of 2 people.
Costs:
€37 for 2 people per night, including breakfast.
1 person: €24 per night, including breakfast.
TILLO KAMER
The Tillo Room has a private bathroom and veranda and is furnished with one double bed. The room is equipped with a fan and a mosquito net.
Costs:
€39 for 2 people per night, including breakfast.
1 person: €26 per night, including breakfast.
CARO KAMER
At Franco Inn, we have five Caro Rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom and veranda. Four Caro Rooms have two double beds; one room has one double bed.
The rooms are equipped with a fan and a mosquito net.
Costs:
€39 for 2 people per night, including breakfast.
1 person: €26 per night, including breakfast.
EEF HOUSE
The Eef House is a small house with a living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a small double bed. In addition, there is a small third room with a single bed. The house can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
The house has a small veranda. All bedrooms are equipped with a fan and mosquito nets.
Costs:
2–3 people: €21.50 per person per night, including breakfast.
4–5 people: €17.50 per person per night, including breakfast.
1 person: €45 per night, including breakfast.
BOSS HOUSE
A house with a spacious living room, a private bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds. Next to the living room, there is a separate space with a single bed, separated by a curtain. The house also has a veranda.
The bedrooms are equipped with a fan and mosquito nets.
Costs:
2 people: €21.50 per person per night, including breakfast.
3–5 people: €17.50 per person per night, including breakfast.
1 person: €45 per night, including breakfast.

If you would like to be picked up from your hotel or another location, or dropped off at another destination, this is of course also possible. The price can be agreed upon depending on the destination.
Payment Conditions
Your reservation will be confirmed in writing, and you will receive an email with the payment details.
The reservation is final once 50% of the total invoice amount has been paid. We expect to receive the payment within 5 working days.
The remaining amount is paid in cash upon arrival.
These amounts are non-refundable.
Payment is made in euros to our Dutch bank account. The bank details will be sent to you by email.
