Our Agreements

Reservation and payment
To confirm your reservation, we ask for a 50% deposit within 5 working days. Your reservation is final once we have received the deposit. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. If possible, we are happy to be flexible by agreement.

Remaining payment and other costs
The remaining 50% and any other costs are paid in cash during your stay. Airport pick-up and drop-off are not included and are paid for separately in cash.

Pets and smoking
Pets are not allowed in the rooms. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms, but you are welcome to smoke outside.

Damage and loss
Any damage or loss, including lost keys, may be charged to the guest.

Consideration for other guests
We ask all our guests to be considerate of others. Loud music and excessive noise are therefore not permitted.
